Veggie Galaxy is located in Cambridge Massachusetts! It looks just like your everyday diner with photographs and artwork on the walls, a countertop seating area and a dining area with comfy, and homey booths. You can watch the chefs while they cook your food on the other side of the counter! What makes Veggie Galaxy amazing is that everything they serve is vegetarian (most things are vegan) and anything that isn't vegan, they can make vegan. They are also very good about allergies (especially gluten) and the servers are all extremely friendly. My family consists mostly of creatures of habit, so every time we go there we make sure that we order their amazing Mozzarella Sticks, and Mac 'n Cheese Bites, among many other things! So far my favorite thing on the menu is their Stuffed French Toast (be sure to ask for whipped cream and/or berries on top), my brother's favorite is the Chicken and Waffles, my mom's is either the Meatball Sub or the Buffalo Chicken Burger, and my dad's... well his favorite is special.... THE MAC 'n STACK! It's just like your regular burger.... but two things are very special about it. #1, instead of buns it is made in between two waffles, and #2, the waffles aren't regular waffles. The waffles are Mac 'n Cheese cooked in a waffle maker. Yes. The Mac 'n Stack. It's a thing. And it is delicious.
